Wasted Google Search spend is rarely tucked into a single obvious query. It usually hides across a blend of junk intent, brand terms you need to shield, and converting queries that have never been promoted into proper keywords. Simply pruning negatives can stem the bleeding, but it will not tell you why the waste exists or what to do next.

What you receive is a fixed, read-only strategy pack for your search terms report. The entry tier gives you ranked negatives from an NLP audit; the tiers above add harvested keywords, match-type direction, and bid or budget sequencing. There is no login to your account and no edits on our side — implementation stays with you.

How we approach the audit

We check your search terms columns, date range, and spend coverage, and note in writing where the sample is too thin to trust. We look at daily budget cost thresholds, zero-conversion signals where they exist, and how CTR and CPC compare with your account averages. Term importance is scored with a frequency-based weighting so distinctive waste and junk patterns stand out across the report. We pull out frequent single words, pairs, and fixed three-word phrases to support negative-keyword and structural decisions, then group differently worded queries that share the same underlying meaning.

Each query's intent is checked against your actual offer to catch traffic that looks relevant but is not, and tagged as informational, navigational, commercial or transactional, with common non-buyer patterns such as how-to or jobs flagged separately. Brand queries carrying negative or complaint wording are marked for a protect-or-handle decision, and your supplied protect list is applied throughout, with borderline terms held on a watch list rather than negated outright.

Every recommendation is anchored to the actual spend and results shown in your own export, rather than drawn from a generic keyword list.

What each package covers

Theme Map & Negatives gives you exact negatives ready to add, a watch list of borderline terms, a theme and intent map that shows where spend is burning, and protect-versus-block notes. Implementation stays on your side throughout.

Match & Expansion includes everything above, plus harvested keyword candidates pulled from your winning search terms, a match-type plan split across Exact, Phrase and sandboxed Broad, and isolation notes for brand or competitor terms where you supply a list.

Bid & Budget Plan includes everything above, plus bid bands for raising or lowering by theme or ad group, budget shift recommendations to fund the more efficient themes, and a suggested action sequence running from negatives through match type, bids and budget.

This suits live Google Search campaigns where you can export a search terms report. It is built around English-language terms; other languages still support cost-based scoring, though theme and intent depth may be reduced, so confirm the language before ordering the higher packages.

It is not intended for accounts with no spend history yet, for Amazon or Meta as the main channel, for Performance Max-only cleanup, for account login or direct edits, for ongoing management, or for any promise of return-on-ad-spend results.

What happens after you buy

Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.

Questions people ask

Do you edit my Google Ads account?

No, this is a report-only service. You send the search terms CSV and we return files with written guidance. Applying the changes in your account is down to you.

What files do I receive?

You get spreadsheets covering negatives, the watch list, and theme notes, with keyword additions, a match plan, bid bands and budget shifts added depending on package, plus short written notes. It is a fixed price, single delivery.

How is this different from a negatives-only cleanup?

You still get ranked exact negatives and a watch list, but also a theme and intent map with protect-versus-block notes. The higher packages then add harvested keywords, match guidance, and bid or budget sequencing.

What must I provide?

Please provide your search terms CSV, average daily search budget in USD, the language of your search terms, and ideally a brand protect list. Bid notes in the top package work best alongside a target CPA or ROAS figure. We need at least a 14-day data window, though 30 days is preferred.

Do you guarantee ROAS?

No. Results depend on your export and how the recommendations are implemented, alongside competition, ad quality and landing pages.

Non-English search terms?

The service is built for English search terms. Cost-based scoring still applies to other languages, but theme and intent depth may be reduced. Confirm the language before ordering the higher packages.
