Providers such as Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo rely on SPF, DKIM and DMARC to confirm that a message truly originates from your domain and has not been altered. When any of these records is absent or wrong, messages are far more likely to be marked as spam, regardless of how legitimate the content is.
SPF lists which servers are permitted to send mail for your domain. DKIM attaches a cryptographic signature confirming the message was not changed in transit. DMARC links the two together and instructs receiving servers on how to treat mail that fails these checks.
I begin by reviewing your current setup to find what is missing or broken, then configure all three records correctly and test them against major providers to confirm they pass authentication. Where a domain or sending IP has been blacklisted, I identify the affected lists and submit removal requests.
