We deploy and secure Docker-based infrastructure and n8n automation on your own VPS, taking care of installation, hardening and configuration from start to finish. Whether you are launching a new server, repairing a failed setup, or expanding an existing one, we manage the whole process so the result runs securely and reliably.
Our work covers Ubuntu and Debian servers only, since these are the most reliable and well-supported platforms for Docker and Docker Compose. We are comfortable working across the common VPS providers, including cloud and self-managed dedicated hosts.
A standard build includes Docker and Docker Compose installation with tuned daemon settings, firewall configuration through UFW or firewalld, SSH hardening with key-based logins and fail2ban, correct Docker network and volume setup, secure handling of environment variables and secrets, and monitoring with log rotation so disk space stays under control.
For n8n, we install the self-hosted version from the official image, put a reverse proxy such as Nginx or Traefik in front with Let's Encrypt SSL, set up webhook endpoints with the correct public URLs, configure SMTP for notifications, and connect PostgreSQL or SQLite for persistence depending on scale. We can also assist with importing existing workflows and setting up credentials for common integrations.
Security measures applied to every deployment include firewall rules restricted to the ports actually needed, changed SSH ports with root login disabled, automatic security updates where suitable, fail2ban protection against brute-force attempts, and written backup and recovery steps for your Docker volumes and important data.
We also take on troubleshooting and recovery work: containers that have stopped working, servers that have run out of disk space, n8n workflows whose webhooks will not fire, or SSL certificates that fail to renew.
Before we begin, please have SSH access to your VPS ready, along with your OS details and a brief describing which services should be deployed and any configuration that needs to be kept. We recommend a temporary SSH key that can be revoked once the work is delivered, and we ask that you get in touch first if your setup is unusual so we can agree the scope and timing.
Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.
We need SSH access (server address, username and a temporary key), your operating system details, and a short brief listing which services to deploy, such as Docker, n8n, databases or a reverse proxy. Please do not share root passwords; a revocable temporary SSH key is the safer option.

Yes, a custom domain with Let's Encrypt SSL is part of the Stack + n8n and Full Deploy packages, and can be added to Basic on request. You will need to be able to manage DNS for the domain in question.
