We manage the full deployment: creating and setting up your Google Workspace account, verifying domain ownership, updating MX records so mail routes through Google's servers, and publishing SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for authentication and deliverability. We also create individual mailboxes and set up aliases or forwarding rules where required.
If you are on another platform, such as cPanel-based mail, Microsoft 365, an SMTP server or another provider, we plan and run the migration so existing messages are preserved and mail keeps flowing throughout the cutover, keeping downtime to a minimum.
Correct DNS configuration underpins deliverability. We set every required record, including MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and any CNAME verification entries, on whichever DNS provider or registrar you use, and confirm that records have propagated and authentication passes with major mail providers. DNS records are checked across up to 53 verification points before we sign off the setup.
Beyond core email, we set recommended security options in the admin console, covering two-factor authentication policies, password rules and app access controls. For larger teams we also build organisational units, groups and shared drives.
