PBN.LTD builds a single, tightly scoped AI agent for FAQ or support work, sized for small and mid-size teams rather than as an open-ended support hire.
You choose the journey at the outset - answering FAQs, running simple intake, or handling a support handoff - and we agree together what the agent can do, where it must stop, and when a human takes over. We then build it on your own tools and API keys, so you keep the accounts and the billing; we do not keep the live agent running on our own infrastructure.
Platforms we work with: OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, n8n, Voiceflow, or a custom Python setup on your APIs. Each order uses one primary platform rather than a build across every option at once.
Using your own tools and keys: you supply (or set up) the runtime account and API access - typically an OpenAI API key or an account on whichever platform we agree at the start - plus access to the FAQ pages, documentation, or ticketing tool the agent needs to reference. If any of this is not ready, we hold the order on the private page until it is, rather than building on guesswork.
What you receive:
How it works: once you order, we confirm the journey and access requirements on your private page and stay within that agreed scope. Where we can deliver as planned, you get the agent pack and runbook through that page. If something blocks us - missing access, an unclear journey, or another obstacle - we record it plainly and stop, rather than letting the work drift beyond what was agreed.
Not covered by this fee:
Choosing a package: Basic Agent, Standard Agent, and Deep Agent. Higher tiers add a fuller test checklist, more detailed run notes, and, on the Deep Agent, a second pass through your edge cases with tighter handoff notes and extra revisions.

To begin, pick a package and tell us the named journey and platform you plan to use; we then lock the scope on your private page before building starts.
Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.
We need the named FAQ or support journey, along with tool access or a sandbox to work in. Hard stops and escalation rules are then locked on the private job-status page before build work begins.
You get one FAQ or support workflow agent pack, built on your own tools and keys, with defined hard stops, an escalation map, a short test checklist and runbook, delivered through a private job-status page reserved for your order.
No. The runtime and billing stay with you. Ongoing hosting on our infrastructure and open-ended operational support are not part of this fixed fee.
We reply within 24 hours on the order thread, and typically within a few hours on the private job-status page.
We support OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, n8n, Voiceflow, or a custom Python build. Whichever we agree to use at the start, you will need an account and API key ready for it, along with access to whatever FAQ pages, documentation, or support tools the agent must draw on. If those keys are not yet in place, set up the account before work starts, or we will pause on the private page until access is sorted. The runtime bill stays yours throughout.
