PBN.LTD designs one purpose-built AI agent for a single FAQ or support journey. The agent operates within agreed limits, hands difficult cases to a human, and arrives with a concise runbook. If any part of the brief cannot be completed, we set out the reason in writing rather than letting the scope drift. A private, order-only job-status page is included throughout.
PBN.LTD builds tightly scoped AI agents for small and mid-size teams. Each order covers one FAQ or support agent built on your tools — this is not an open-ended support hire.
At the outset you choose the journey the agent will handle, for instance answering FAQs, running simple intake, or managing a support handoff. Together we set what the agent covers, where it must stop, and when a person steps in. We then build using your own tools and credentials. You retain the accounts and the billing; we do not keep the live agent running on our own infrastructure indefinitely.
Supported platforms: OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, n8n, Voiceflow, or bespoke Python built on your APIs. One primary platform is chosen per order — this fee does not cover rebuilding the agent across every platform at once.

No. You keep control of the runtime and the billing. Ongoing hosting on our infrastructure, or open-ended operational support, sits outside this fixed fee.

We work with OpenAI Assistants, LangChain, n8n, Voiceflow, or custom Python. You will need an account or API key for whichever platform we lock in at the start, plus access to the FAQ, documentation, or ticketing tool the agent will use. If these are not ready, set them up before we begin, or we pause progress on the private page until access is available. The runtime bill remains yours.
