Typical turnaround runs 2 to 3 days for the Starter build, 4 to 5 days for the Pro build, and 7 days for the Premium build. You provide the domain the order relates to and a brief describing your workflow; everything you receive is yours to keep, with no ongoing subscription or hidden fees.
Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.
The Starter build (one agent plus one integration) ships in 3 days. Faster options may be available as a paid add-on at checkout, bringing delivery down to 2 days for a simple agent.
We do not issue full refunds once work is underway, but free revisions are included up to your package's limit until you are satisfied. If a deadline is missed or requirements are clearly unmet, we offer a 50 per cent refund or redo the work at no charge. Get in touch before ordering to discuss unusual cases.
Depending on your package you receive between 1 and 3 rounds of revisions. Let us know what needs adjusting and we will correct it. If you remain unhappy once revisions are used up, a 50 per cent refund is offered. Most clients are satisfied after the first round.

If you are unsure, ask before ordering and we will give a quick answer.
For most builds you supply your own API keys (for example OpenAI, Twilio or Shopify); we never request passwords. For platform access such as Slack admin, a temporary bot token with limited permissions can be created and revoked once delivery is complete, and we will guide you through that setup safely.
