Each package comes with a period of post-launch support, from 7 to 30 days depending on the tier. After that, an ongoing maintenance arrangement can cover bug fixes, operating system updates, small feature additions and priority responses.
You retain full ownership of everything produced: the source code, the build pipeline, and both app store accounts remain registered to you. There is no lock-in and no recurring fee owed to us.
Refunds are possible before work begins. Once development starts and a testable build has been shared, refunds are no longer offered — but final payment is only due after you have installed and tried the working app.
Typical timelines are 10 days for the Basic package, 15 days for Standard, and 21 days for Premium. Faster delivery can sometimes be arranged if you get in touch before ordering.
The Basic package supports offline login and cached content. Standard and Premium add full offline synchronisation, storing data locally and syncing once a connection returns — well suited to field work, delivery apps or low-connectivity settings.
Yes. The Premium tier includes subscription and in-app purchase handling across both Android and iOS. For simpler one-off payments or web-based checkout, Stripe, Paystack or Flutterwave are also available.
Firebase suits most apps, offering a real-time database, authentication, storage and push notifications managed by Google. For more complex logic, we build custom backends using Node.js, Express and either MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include an automated build pipeline and step-by-step guidance for publishing. Direct publishing to your own accounts can also be arranged as an add-on.
Every delivery includes a working APK you can install directly on an Android device without going through the Play Store. For iOS, we provide an IPA or a testing link, so you can try the real app before paying in full.
Yes. Using Flutter or React Native, both platforms are built from one codebase, avoiding duplicated cost. Separate native Android or native iOS builds can be arranged where platform-specific performance is needed.
