Scrapers built for real sites, not demos

PBN.LTD builds production-ready data extraction tools in Python or Node.js for product catalogues, directories, marketplaces and dynamic single-page applications. Output arrives as CSV, JSON, or written straight into your database.

What is covered

  • Single-page extraction with fields mapped to your specification
  • Multi-page crawling across pagination, categories or sitemaps
  • JavaScript-rendered pages handled with Puppeteer, Playwright or Selenium
  • Session handling, cookies and form submission for login-gated content
  • Anti-bot measures: rotating user agents, proxy rotation, request throttling, header variation
  • CAPTCHA-aware flows, either manual-solve or a third-party solver
  • Respect for crawl delays, with backoff on 403, 429 and 503 responses, plus concurrency tuning
  • Data cleaning: deduplication, normalisation, field mapping, date and price parsing
  • Delivery to CSV, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Airtable
  • Scheduled runs via cron, GitHub Actions or cloud functions
  • Change detection flagging new, updated or removed records between runs
  • Structured error logging with retry queues and dead-letter handling

Why it holds up

Many scrapers work once in testing and fail the moment a site changes its markup, blocks a user agent, or adds new protection layers. PBN.LTD builds with resilient selectors, retry logic, proxy fallback and clear logging, so when a selector breaks or a page returns an error instead of data, you see exactly which records failed and why, rather than getting silent empty rows.

Tools used

Python (BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Playwright, Selenium, Requests) and Node.js (Puppeteer, Cheerio, Playwright, Axios) for scraping; rotating proxies and user-agent rotation plus headless browser fingerprinting for anti-bot work; storage across CSV, JSON, Excel, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQLite and Airtable; scheduling through cron, GitHub Actions, AWS Lambda, Vercel Cron or Railway; infrastructure on Docker, VPS providers, AWS or Render.

Testing before handoff

Each build runs a dry pass on a small sample first, then a full run with a success and failure summary. Output is checked against the expected schema, with missing fields, duplicate rows and parse errors flagged before delivery.

Ownership

Source code and scraper credentials pass fully to you on final delivery. A non-disclosure agreement is available on request for sensitive or competitive data projects.

Timelines

Basic ships in 2 to 3 days, Standard in 5 to 7 days, and Premium in 10 days.

What PBN.LTD needs from you

  1. The target URL or site to scrape
  2. The exact fields required, such as names, prices, URLs or images
  3. Your preferred output format: CSV, JSON, Google Sheets or database
  4. Whether this is a one-off scrape or a recurring job

Send over the target site and field list, and a working preview scraper can be ready within 48 hours, before any payment is required, so you can see real extracted data from your own target first.

What happens after you buy

Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.

Questions people ask

Can you scrape a site that blocks scrapers?

In many cases, yes. We combine proxy rotation, user-agent variation, throttling and headless browser rendering to get past common blocks. Sites running heavier protection services can push up the cost, so we review the target first and tell you whether it fits standard pricing or needs a custom quote.

Is web scraping legal?

Scraping publicly available pages is generally permitted in most places, though it depends on site terms, the data involved and your intended use. We only work with public pages, do not get around paywalls, avoid collecting personal data, and will not breach explicit anti-scraping terms without your written approval and legal clearance.

What if the site changes its layout later?

Page structures do change, and selectors can stop working as a result. Every scraper includes structured error logging so you are notified as soon as a field stops returning data. Standard and Premium add resilience features such as fallback selectors and alerts to limit breakage, and we cover any layout-related fixes for free during the 14 days after delivery.

Can you scrape JavaScript-rendered pages?

Yes, using Puppeteer, Playwright or Selenium to handle single-page applications, lazy loading and infinite scroll. This is part of the Standard and Premium packages; Basic is limited to static HTML.

Can you scrape login-gated content?

Yes, for accounts you own or are authorised to use. Session handling, cookie management and form submission are included with Premium. Share any credentials through a secure channel; we do not retain them beyond the project.

How do you handle CAPTCHAs?

We offer two approaches: a manual-solve pause where you step in, or a third-party CAPTCHA-solving service at your own cost. This is built into Premium and can be added to Standard.

Can I get recurring scrapes on a schedule?

Yes, Premium supports scheduled runs through cron, GitHub Actions, AWS Lambda or Vercel Cron. You choose the frequency, whether daily, weekly, monthly or another cadence, and each run logs its results with optional failure alerts.

What if the site has rate limits?

Rate-limit handling is standard: request throttling, exponential backoff on 429 and 503 responses, and concurrency tuning to stay within limits. Both Standard and Premium include this logic in full.

Can you output data directly to my database?

Yes, direct inserts into PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQLite or Airtable are supported. Database output is part of Premium, while Standard covers CSV, JSON and Google Sheets.

How many records can you scrape per run?

There is no fixed ceiling; it comes down to site rate limits and the size of the proxy pool available. We have run jobs pulling well over 100,000 records across several days. For very large crawls we suggest proxy rotation and scheduled runs to avoid detection thresholds.

Who owns the source code and scraped data after delivery?

You receive full ownership at final delivery, including source code, credentials, deployment configuration and all scraped data, with no licensing restrictions, ongoing fees, or lock-in.

What testing and QA is performed before handoff?

Each scraper is first run against a small sample, then a complete run. The output is checked against the expected schema, and missing fields, duplicate rows and parsing errors are flagged before handover, together with the error log and a summary of successes and failures.
