What we need from you:

• A link to the site, plus a staging copy if one exists
• The three to five journeys you consider most important
• Test credentials such as a dummy card or a test login; we do not request your personal passwords

A worked example: our sample report covered an online booking page for a dog grooming business. The initial run found that 11 of 15 journeys failed on both phone and desktop, including a slot that could be double-booked, past time slots still shown as available, a page refresh wiping the customer's request, and new bookings not appearing on the owner's dashboard. Not covered: resolving the issues the tests uncover (quoted separately), runs in Safari or Firefox, a full accessibility review, load testing, and verification of actual messages sent to customers.
