Why workflows stop behaving

An n8n workflow can quietly fail, throw errors, produce the wrong output, or simply never trigger. Rather than papering over the symptom, we trace the issue back to its actual source.

Our approach

1. Inspect — every node, trigger, connection and credential is checked to find where things actually break.
2. Pinpoint the cause — this could be a mapping error, a misconfigured node, an expired credential, flawed logic, a rate limit, or another factor entirely.
3. Resolve — anything that falls inside the agreed scope is corrected directly within the workflow.
4. Report — you get a concise written account of the problem and the change made, so the same fault is easier to avoid next time.

Scope

Covered: inspection of one workflow, a root-cause finding, repairs to common problems such as node misconfiguration, faulty data mapping and broken links, a written explanation, plus a single follow-up exchange.

Not covered: anything requiring a substantial rebuild, new nodes or logic beyond the original design, or hooking up additional systems. Any such work is flagged in advance and quoted separately, so there is no unexpected scope creep or partial fix.

Timing

Messages are answered within 24 hours, and the review itself is delivered within 1-2 days of gaining access to the workflow.
