Express Starter is delivered within 24 hours, Standard Plus and Professional Pro within 2 days, and Flagship Ultimate within 5-7 days. A Rush Delivery add-on for $50 halves the turnaround time if you need it sooner.
What do you need from me to start?
Please send your raw footage, photos or design files via Google Drive or Dropbox, together with your brief and any specific requirements. Work begins as soon as we receive your materials.
What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Revisions within the package limits are included to make sure you are happy with the result. Any quality issues on our side are corrected free of charge, though refunds are not offered once delivery has taken place, as all work is custom produced.
Do you need my account login information?
No. We never ask for account passwords or sensitive login details. All editing is based purely on the materials and requirements you supply, so please do not share login credentials with us.
