You supply the domain for the build and a brief describing what you need; we handle the rest, from setup through to deployment.

We build SaaS minimum viable products that real customers can register for, operate, and pay to use, with turnaround between 10 and 21 days rather than the many months a full build would otherwise take.

An MVP from PBN.LTD is a genuine working release: real sign-in, a real database, a functioning payment flow and a dashboard your users can actually log into. It is the fastest route to testing an idea, winning early paying customers, or supporting a funding conversation before committing to a larger build.

Standard inclusions across every build:

  • User authentication, covering registration, sign-in, password reset and email confirmation
  • One fully working core feature, built end to end
  • A user dashboard where customers view data and use the product
  • An admin panel for monitoring users, subscriptions, activity and support
  • Stripe subscription billing with monthly or annual cycles and webhook handling
  • Multi-tenant structuring, keeping each customer's data isolated
  • Transactional email flows for welcomes, receipts, resets and alerts
  • Live deployment on your own domain with SSL
  • Complete source code with documentation
  • Post-launch support ranging from 30 to 60 days depending on package

Typical SaaS builds we take on:

  • Booking systems for salons, clinics and restaurants
  • Project and task management tools for teams
  • CRM software covering leads, pipelines and deals
  • Internal operations tools for inventory, invoicing and staffing
  • AI-driven products such as assistants, document search and content generation
  • Subscription platforms for courses, memberships and newsletters
  • Multi-tenant dashboards built for other businesses to use

Technology we work with:

Frontend: React 19, Next.js 15, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion.
Backend: Node.js, Express, Laravel 11, Python (FastAPI), REST APIs.
Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, Supabase, Redis.
Authentication: NextAuth, Clerk, Supabase Auth, JWT, OAuth, 2FA.
Payments: Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe Subscriptions.
Email: Resend, SendGrid, Mailgun.
Hosting: Vercel, Render, AWS, Docker, Cloudflare.

Our process:

  1. You describe your idea: features, users and how it earns revenue
  2. We agree scope, timeline and price with a milestone plan
  3. We build a staging version so you can test it on a live link
  4. You review and request adjustments, and we refine the build
  5. We hand over the finished production app with source code and documentation

We have delivered SaaS platforms, marketplaces and multi-tenant applications for clients across several regions, each using a comparable stack of modern frontend tools, a Node or similar backend, authentication and Stripe billing. Every build includes a staging preview before final payment is due.

Note: you will need your own Stripe account, API keys and any third-party accounts the product relies on. We support setup and integration, but billing control always stays with you.

Share your idea with us and we will outline what is achievable, the cost and the expected timeline.

What happens after you buy

Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.

Questions people ask

What happens after launch?

Each tier comes with a defined post-launch support window, from 14 days up to 60 days, covering bug fixes, minor tweaks and priority responses. Beyond that period, an ongoing monthly retainer can cover further development, security patches and new features.

Can you integrate AI (OpenAI, Claude) into my SaaS?

Yes. The Standard and Premium tiers can incorporate AI capability such as chat assistants, document search and answering, content generation, smart search and classification, or autonomous agents, built with models such as GPT-4o, Claude or Gemini depending on what suits the use case.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available only before the build begins. Once work starts and a staging preview is shared, refunds no longer apply, but final payment is only collected after you have reviewed the working product on a live link. If the preview doesn't match the agreed scope, no payment is taken.

Who owns the source code and the accounts?

You retain full ownership: source code, database access, Stripe account, hosting account and deployment credentials all remain under your name. There is no lock-in and no ongoing fees owed to us.

Do you support multi-tenant architecture (multiple companies in one app)?

Yes, the Premium package includes multi-tenant architecture with row-level isolation, giving each client company its own secure workspace within the same application. The Standard package instead covers single-user accounts and teams inside one organisation.

What if I need more features later?

Certainly. Many clients launch the MVP, gather genuine user feedback, then expand it in a later phase. Follow-up project pricing and monthly retainers are available for continued development, and the codebase is built with growth in mind.

Do I need to have design or technical knowledge?

No design or technical background is required. If you already have a Figma design, we will follow it closely; if not, we will design a clean interface suited to your product type. For technical choices such as stack, architecture and database, we recommend an approach and you simply approve it.

Which payment processor do you use for subscriptions?

Stripe is our default choice for subscription billing, handling recurring charges, webhooks, invoicing, retrying failed payments and tax handling. Paystack and Flutterwave are offered for African markets. The Stripe account itself always remains under your ownership and control.

How long does a SaaS MVP take to build?

Basic delivers in 10 days, Standard in 15 days, and Premium in 21 days, assuming feedback is returned within 24 to 48 hours. Faster delivery can sometimes be arranged for Standard and Premium; get in touch before ordering to discuss it.

What is a SaaS MVP, exactly?

A SaaS MVP is the smallest functioning version of your software: genuine user accounts, one working core feature, real payment processing and a live web address. It allows you to launch, secure your first paying customers and test the concept before committing to a larger build.

How do we communicate during the multi-week build?

Messages form the main channel throughout the build, with optional extras available: weekly Loom video updates on progress, live video calls for milestone reviews on request, email for urgent matters, and Slack or WhatsApp as paid add-ons for real-time chat. You can expect a steady weekly rhythm with no gaps in communication, and every milestone comes with a recorded walkthrough so you can see progress without waiting for a formal review.

Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects?

Yes. Many SaaS founders work in stealth mode, and we respect that. Send your NDA before the project starts and we will sign it. Project details, code and plans are never shared publicly, and previous work can be shown privately on a call with permission rather than listed openly.
