We will do our best to resolve any issues within the agreed scope; work beyond that scope may carry additional fees. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
Reasonable adjustments in direction are a normal part of the process and we will accommodate them where we can. Larger shifts in scope or direction partway through a project may affect the schedule and could require a revised quote. Sharing detailed requirements upfront helps avoid this.
