Refunds are available before work begins. Once we start and share a staging preview, refunds no longer apply, but you only pay after reviewing the working build, so no payment is due if the preview does not match the agreed scope.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, ranging from 5 to 11 depending on tier. If spacing, fonts or colours need adjusting, we revise them. Most projects settle within 1 to 2 rounds before handover.
Mobile app builds using Flutter or React Native are available as a separate service. This listing covers web conversion only, so message us if a mobile app is also needed.
A backend or CMS is optional. Our Standard and Premium tiers include CMS integration such as Sanity or Contentful, plus backend integration with Node, Laravel or Python for dynamic content.
