Every portrait is drawn entirely by hand, with no tracing or copying, and finished to a high standard of detail regardless of size chosen. You will need to supply the domain the order relates to and a brief describing what you would like drawn.
Our charcoal artist approaches every commission as an individual piece of work rather than a template. Time, technique and quality materials go into each drawing, so the finished piece is meant to be kept and valued rather than treated as a throwaway image.

Work begins once 70% of the price is paid upfront, with the remaining 30% due before final delivery. All payments are non-refundable, though revisions remain free until you are happy with the piece.
Your order opens its own thread here the moment it is paid, and everything about that order - questions, changes and the final report - happens in it.
Send a clear, well-lit photograph where the face or subject stands out sharply. The sharper the source image, the more accurate the finished drawing will be, so please avoid blurry or poorly lit shots.
Portraits are available in A5, A4, A3 and A2 sizes. Choose the format that suits your preference and where you plan to display the finished piece.
Timing depends on the complexity, size and current workload. Once we have reviewed your photo and brief, we will confirm the exact delivery date. Ordering a few weeks ahead of when you need the piece allows us to plan properly and avoid rushing the work.
Because each piece is drawn by hand and takes considerable time and precision, we work through orders in priority sequence, prioritising quality over speed. Planning ahead means you can rely on both timely delivery and a well-finished result.
As every piece is unique and made entirely by hand, payments are non-refundable. That said, revisions remain free until you are satisfied with the artwork.
