How can I upgrade/Downgrade the hosting package I am currently on?

Upgrading, downgrading, or cancelling your hosting plan with PBN.LTD is simple and can be done directly inside the dashboard.


🔐 Accessing the Subscription Management Page

  1. Log in to your account at app.pbn.ltd

  2. Click your name in the top-right corner of the dashboard

  3. From the dropdown menu, select “Subscriptions”

This will take you to your Subscription Overview, where:

  • Your current package is highlighted

  • Available upgrade/downgrade options are listed

  • You’ll see a Cancel button next to your active subscription


🔼 Upgrading or 🔽 Downgrading Your Plan

To change your hosting level:

  • Choose a higher or lower plan from the list

  • Click on it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your upgrade or downgrade

💡 You do not need to cancel your current plan—our system will handle the transition for you depending on your payment method.


💳 Payment Method Differences

Credit/Debit Card (via FastSpring)

  • You can upgrade or downgrade immediately

  • You will only be charged the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of the billing period

  • Changes take effect instantly, with no need to cancel your existing plan

Example: If you're on PBN10 and want to upgrade to PBN20, just select the PBN20 plan and complete the upgrade. The system will calculate and charge only the prorated difference.


🅿️ PayPal Subscriptions

You have two options:

  1. Upgrade at the next billing date

    • No additional charge right now

    • Your new plan will activate on your next scheduled payment date

  2. Upgrade immediately

    • You’ll be charged the full price of the new package right away

    • Any previously paid amount for the current cycle will not be credited or prorated

    • By choosing this option, you fully accept that this upgrade will override your existing payment schedule


Crypto (One-Time Payments)

You also have two options:

  1. Upgrade immediately

    • Full price will be charged

    • Previously paid time will not be credited or discounted

  2. Upgrade during manual renewal

    • If your plan is due for renewal (e.g., on the 1st of the month), you can choose a higher plan at that time instead of extending the current one


❌ Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your plan:

  • Go to the Subscriptions page (as described above)

  • Click the Cancel button next to your current package

  • Follow the steps shown to complete the cancellation process

⚠️ Be sure to complete the full cancellation flow to avoid future billing.
