Its very easy to upgrade or downgrade your hosting packages with us.

When logged in to our dashboard at app.pbn.ltd 

You will see your name in the top right hand corner, if you click this name a drop down menu will open.

You need to select the 'Subscriptions' menu item.

This will now take you to a page where you can see all the packages we have currently available. Your current package will also be shown and will have a cancel button on it.

From here you can select a higher or lower package and select it. This will then take you through to the Fast Spring payment screens to complete the upgrade or downgrade as needed.

If you want to cancel your account.

You can also select the cancel option shown for your current package and that will take you through the steps to cancel it.
