Knowledgebase: How to Submit a Support Ticket

Go to Your Main Dashboard Overview Screen
After logging into your PBN LTD account, you’ll land on your main dashboard with a list of all your domains.

Open the helpdesk
Look to the left-hand menu and click on “helpdesk.”
Under the helpdesk section, you’ll see two options:

📖 Knowledgebase – Explore self-help guides and articles

🎫 Tickets – This is what you want to open to submit a request
Click on “Tickets.”

Submit Your Request

Click the “Create New Ticket” button.

Fill in the required details (e.g. subject, domain, issue type).

Provide a clear description and any relevant screenshots.

Click “Submit.”

Be specific – Mention the domain affected and clearly describe the issue.

Include screenshots or error messages – These are incredibly helpful.
