Knowledgebase: How to Submit a Support Ticket

Need help from our team? Submitting a support ticket is the fastest and most effective way to get personal assistance.

Here’s how to do it:


🧭 Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to Your Main Dashboard Overview Screen

    After logging into your PBN LTD account, you’ll land on your main dashboard with a list of all your domains.

  2. Open the helpdesk

    Look to the left-hand menu and click on “helpdesk.”

    Under the helpdesk section, you’ll see two options:

    • 📖 Knowledgebase – Explore self-help guides and articles

    • 🎫 Tickets – This is what you want to open to submit a request

    Click on “Tickets.”

  3. Submit Your Request

    • Click the “Create New Ticket” button.

    • Fill in the required details (e.g. subject, domain, issue type).

    • Provide a clear description and any relevant screenshots.

    • Click “Submit.”

  • Be specific – Mention the domain affected and clearly describe the issue.

  • Include screenshots or error messages – These are incredibly helpful.

  • Check the Knowledgebase first – Your issue may already have a solution!
