Knowledgebase: How To Access My New Dashboard For Subdomain Creation?

So, your domain has now been moved to our ntcloud hosting and is ready for adding subdomains to - But how to you access the new dashboard? Find out here!

Your domain has now been moved over to our NT Cloud hosting environment, which fully supports subdomain creation. This guide will walk you through how to access your new dashboard, create subdomains, and manage your site — all while still being billed through your regular PBN.LTD account.

โš ๏ธ Quick Reminder Before You Start

Before we could open up the subdomain package on NT Cloud, two things needed to be in place on your PBN.LTD account:

  • The root domain must already be added to your PBN.LTD account (you do NOT need to update nameservers for this, and the nameservers shown in the PBN.LTD dashboard can be ignored).
  • The “Create SMTP server” tickbox must have been ticked when the domain was added.

If we’ve already opened up your subdomain package, you’re good to go — carry on below! If not, please check the ‘Can I Add A Subdomain?’ article first.

๐Ÿ”‘ How To Access Your NT Cloud Dashboard

Even though your domain is still listed in your PBN.LTD dashboard, the actual hosting now lives on NT Cloud. Here’s how to jump across to manage it:

  1. Log in to your PBN.LTD dashboard as you normally would.
  2. Click on the site name for the domain you want to manage.
  3. In the left-hand menu, click “Manage Emails”.
    • Yes, we know — that sounds totally unrelated! But this is genuinely the most reliable way to get into the NTCloud hosting dashboard, since our email services also run on NTCloud. Trust us on this one!
  4. In the email panel, find your domain — it’ll now be showing as the “Linux Unlimited” package.
  5. Click the “Manage” button next to the domain.

And you’re in! You’ll now be inside the full NT Cloud dashboard for that domain, with access to all the good stuff: subdomain creation, FTP management, database tools, file manager, and loads more.

๐Ÿงฑ Creating Subdomains

Once you’re in the NT Cloud dashboard:

  • Head to the “Subdomains” option.
  • From there you can add new subdomains, assign them to folders, and set up routing as needed.

๐Ÿ’ก Note: All subdomains go live immediately and are fully manageable through the NTCloud interface.

โœ… And just to reassure you again — there are no extra charges. Your billing stays entirely within PBN.LTD with no changes to your subscription.

๐Ÿ”’ SSL Certificates (Important!)

Once your domain’s DNS has fully resolved (after updating your nameservers), you can issue your SSL certificate by:

  • Going to the “SSL/TLS” tab inside the NT Cloud dashboard.
  • Issuing the SSL certificate for your domain and any subdomains.

โš ๏ธ Don’t try to issue your SSL until DNS has finished propagating — it simply won’t work until the domain is live. Give it a bit of time and try again.

โš™๏ธ If You’re Using WordPress

If your domain is running WordPress:

  • The one-click login from PBN.LTD is no longer used for this domain.
  • Instead, go directly to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/.
  • Use the same login credentials shown in your PBN.LTD dashboard (under the one-click login section). We set this up for you so you don’t need to remember anything new — just check PBN.LTD for that domain to see your WP Admin login details. Easy!

โœ… WordPress will already be pre-installed and set up by our team (if you needed it) when you requested the move to NT Cloud.

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ If You’re Using a Static HTML Site

If your site runs on plain HTML rather than WordPress:

  • WordPress will not be installed.
  • Use the File Manager in the NT Cloud dashboard to upload and manage your site files.
  • You can still create and route subdomains exactly the same way.

๐Ÿงพ Billing & Dashboard Responsibilities

โš ๏ธ IMPORTANT:
Do NOT delete the domain from your PBN.LTD dashboard!

  • Your PBN.LTD dashboard still handles all billing for the domain.
  • The NTCloud dashboard handles all site management (files, subdomains, SSL, etc.).

If you delete the domain from PBN.LTD, it will also be removed from NTCloud — and all your hosting data will be lost. So please, leave it where it is!

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ VPN & Firewall Access Restrictions

NTCloud has stricter firewall protections than PBN.LTD. If you’re using a VPN, you may run into access blocks when:

  • Opening the NT Cloud dashboard.
  • Viewing your websites.

โœ… Always use your real IP address when accessing the NTCloud platform. This keeps things secure for everyone and helps us protect all user accounts from abuse.
