Your domain has now been moved to our ntcloud hosting environment, which supports subdomain creation. This guide will walk you through how to access your new dashboard, create subdomains, and manage your site — all while still billing through your regular PBN.LTD account.

🔑 How To Access Your ntcloud Dashboard

Although your domain remains listed in your PBN.LTD dashboard, its hosting is now handled by ntcloud. To access the ntcloud dashboard:

1. Log in to your PBN.LTD dashboard

2. Click on the site name for any domain

3. In the left-hand menu, select “Manage Emails”

   • While this might sound unrelated, this is the most reliable way to access the ntcloud hosting dashboard, since our email services also run on ntcloud

4. In the email panel, locate your domain

   • It will now show as using the “Linux Unlimited” package

5. Click the “Manage” button next to the domain

You’ll now be in the full ntcloud dashboard for that domain, with access to powerful hosting features, including subdomain creation, FTP management, database tools, and more.

🧱 Creating Subdomains

To add subdomains:

• In the ntcloud dashboard, go to the “Subdomains” option

• From here, you can easily add new subdomains, assign them to folders, and set up routing

💡 Note: All subdomains are immediately live and manageable through the ntcloud interface.

✅ There are no extra charges — your billing remains fully within PBN.LTD with no changes to your current subscription.

🔒 SSL Certificates (Important!)

Once your domain’s DNS has fully resolved, you can issue your SSL certificate by:

• Navigating to the “SSL/TLS” tab in the ntcloud dashboard

• Issuing the SSL certificate for your domain and any subdomains

⚠️ Don’t try to issue the SSL until DNS has finished propagating — it will not work until the domain is live.

⚙️ If You’re Using WordPress

If your domain is running WordPress:

• One-click login from PBN.LTD is no longer used

• Go directly to yourdomain.com/wp-admin/

• Use the same login credentials shown in your PBN.LTD dashboard (under the one-click login section). We will set this up for you, so that you don't need to remember your username or password. You can check in PBN.LTD for that domain for what the WP Admin login is - Makes things simpler for you!

✅ WordPress is already pre-installed and setup by our team, if it was required, when you requested the move to our ntcloud hosting.

🗂️ If You’re Using a Static HTML Site

If your site runs on HTML and not WordPress:

• WordPress will not be installed

• Use the File Manager in the ntcloud dashboard to upload and manage site files

• You can still create and route subdomains freely

🧾 Billing & Dashboard Responsibilities

⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do not delete the domain from your PBN.LTD dashboard!

• Your PBN.LTD dashboard still handles billing

• The ntcloud dashboard handles site management

If you delete the domain from PBN.LTD, it will also be removed from ntcloud and all hosting data will be lost.

🛡️ VPN & Firewall Access Restrictions

ntcloud has stricter firewall protections than PBN.LTD. If you're using a VPN, you may encounter access blocks when:

• Opening the ntcloud dashboard

• Viewing your websites

✅ Always use your real IP address when accessing the ntcloud platform. This ensures secure and uninterrupted access and helps us protect all user accounts from abuse.
