At this time, PBN LTD does not support direct subdomain creation within the standard hosting environment. However, we offer a simple and fully supported workaround through our premium “money site” hosting platform, which allows full subdomain functionality.

If you need to create subdomains (e.g. blog.domain.com, store.domain.com), we can seamlessly move your domain to our premium “money site” hosting, which supports subdomains out of the box.

Here’s what you need to know:

• ✅ No additional costs — Your billing will continue as usual through your existing PBN LTD subscription.

• ✅ Fully integrated — You'll still manage the domain from inside your existing PBN LTD dashboard.

• ✅ No interface change — You'll be using our premium ntcloud dashboard, but access and control stay unified via PBN LTD.

📬 How to Request Subdomain Support

To get started, simply:

1. Submit a support ticket

2. Tell us which domain you want to enable subdomains on

3. Let us know if you'd like us to take a fresh backup beforehand — or ensure you have a local backup ready

That’s it! We’ll handle the transition for you. We will let you know when you change the nameservers etc of course.
