Need to access your website’s database or files? Here’s how to do it directly from your PBN LTD dashboard.


📁 How to Access Your Website Files (File Manager)

The File Manager allows you to browse, upload, edit, and delete files on your site—perfect for customizing themes, troubleshooting issues, or uploading assets.

Steps:

  1. Log into your PBN LTD dashboard.

  2. Click on the site name for the domain you want to manage.

  3. In the left-hand menu, under the “Site Functions” section, click “File Manager”.

  4. This will launch a web-based file manager, where you can navigate through your WordPress installation or static files.


🧠 How to Access Your Database (PHPMyAdmin)

PHPMyAdmin is the tool used to access and manage your site’s MySQL database. You can use it to edit tables, reset passwords, or troubleshoot plugin data issues.

Steps:

  1. From your PBN LTD dashboard, click the site name of the domain.

  2. In the left-hand menu, under “Site Functions”, click “PHPMyAdmin”.

  3. You’ll be automatically logged in—no manual credentials required.

  4. From here, you can view and manage your database directly.


✅ Quick Tip

  • These tools are only accessible after your domain has reached the “OK” status in the dashboard.

  • Make changes carefully—especially in the database. If you’re unsure, take a manual backup first under “Site Functions” > “Create Backup”.
