Knowledgebase: Card/Debit Card - Can't Pay

If you are using Card/Debit Card (Fastspring) payments and you notice the 'We regret that your order could not be accepted...' notice. Here is why and the solution!

If you're seeing a message like the one below when trying to pay with a credit or debit card:

“We regret that your order could not be accepted. We value your business and would like to help you complete this order. Please contact us for assistance.”

This message is generated by Fastspring, our secure payment provider—not by PBN LTD.

🛑 Why Did This Happen?

Unfortunately, we do not have visibility into the specific reason your card was declined by Fastspring. However, the most common causes are:

  • Your billing country, card origin, and IP address do not match

  • You are attempting to use a card that is not in your name

  • Your bank or card provider blocked the transaction due to anti-fraud policies

✅ What Can You Do?

You have a few options:

1. Use PayPal Instead (Recommended)

  • Go to the Subscriptions page in your dashboard

  • Click the link at the top of the page to switch to PayPal

  • You can pay using:

    • A PayPal account, or

    • Just your card, even without a PayPal account. Just use the 'Credit/Debit card' payment option underneath your required subscription plan. To confirm, you DO NOT need a paypal account to use this option.

💡 Many users successfully complete payment this way when Fastspring card processing fails.

2. Use Crypto (Optional)

  • Crypto is supported for one-time payments

  • You can select this during checkout if you'd prefer to use BTC, USDT, or other supported coins

3. Contact Fastspring Support Directly

📌 Final Notes

  • This error is not caused by PBN LTD or our billing system

  • We’re here to help if you need assistance switching payment methods—just open a support ticket
