Knowledgebase: Common Cloudflare Notices & What They Mean

Find the answer to a few potentially common cloudflare notices when adding domains and how to fix them

PBN LTD is fully integrated with Cloudflare, the world’s largest CDN provider. While Cloudflare is reliable and powerful, users may occasionally encounter setup notices or errors when adding domains.

Here’s a guide to the most common messages—and exactly what to do if you see them:

🔁 “Site with this domain name already exists”

What it means:
This domain is already active in another Cloudflare account—either yours or someone else’s. This can happen if:

  • You previously added the domain to another project/account

  • Someone else used the domain before and hasn't removed it

How to fix it:

  • Double-check that the domain is not already in your PBN LTD dashboard

  • If it’s not listed, submit a support ticket

  • Include proof of ownership, such as a screenshot from your registrar account showing the domain under your control

  • We will manually remove the domain from the other account on your behalf

🚫 “Site cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time”

(...followed by messaging about Enterprise support or domain restrictions)

What it means:
Cloudflare has blacklisted this domain and is refusing to allow it on their platform. Common reasons include:

  • The domain was previously used for phishing

  • A malware infection was left untreated on a past installation

  • Abuse reports were filed against the domain while it was active elsewhere

How to fix it:

  • Delete the domain from your dashboard

  • Re-add the domain using a different CDN provider (e.g. BunnyCDN, KeyCDN, or CDN77)

❗ Once blacklisted by Cloudflare, domains cannot be reinstated through PBN LTD or Cloudflare support. Switching to another CDN is the only solution.

📌 Final Tips

  • ✅ Always use the nameservers provided in your PBN LTD dashboard

  • 🚫 Do not try to manage your domain directly on Cloudflare.com—we handle CDN integration automatically on your behalf

  • 🆘 If you're unsure what an error means or how to fix it, simply open a support ticket and we’ll take care of it
