✅ Option 1: Migrate Your Site Yourself (DIY Method)

The easiest and most foolproof way to move your site is by using the WPVivid Backup Pro plugin. Here's exactly how:

🔄 Step 1: Export Your Site from Your Current Host

• On your current WordPress site, install WPVivid Pro.
• Don’t have it? Just ask — we’ll send you:
  • The WPVivid Pro plugin (.zip file)
  • Our license key to activate it

• After installing and activating, go to WPVivid → Settings → License and enter the license key.
• Then connect your Google Drive account in the WPVivid Remote Storage settings.
• Create a full site backup and send it directly to Google Drive.

🌐 Step 2: Point Your Domain to PBN LTD

• Log in to your domain registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap).
• Update the domain’s nameservers to the ones shown in your PBN LTD dashboard
  (Main Dashboard → Nameservers listed under each domain).
• Our system will detect the DNS change quickly.
• Once your domain status shows “OK”, make sure to clear your browser cache before proceeding.

📥 Step 3: Import Your Site to PBN LTD

• Log in to the WordPress admin area of your domain now hosted on PBN LTD.
• Install WPVivid Pro again (same plugin and license key).
• Reconnect your Google Drive account.
• Go to the Backup & Restore tab in WPVivid.
• Locate your backup and click Restore — this will bring over your entire site, including plugins, themes, content, and settings.

🧹 Step 4: Final Cleanup (Important)

• Go to your PBN LTD Dashboard
• Click on your domain name to open the Site Overview
• Navigate to the “Backups” tab
• Create a manual backup, then restore it immediately

🔒 This final step cleans out any leftover files from other hosting environments (which can leave behind unwanted footprints) and ensures the One-Click Login to WP Admin works perfectly.

To get it:

1. Submit a support ticket requesting WPVivid Pro
2. We’ll send you:
   • The plugin .zip file
   • The license key for activation
3. Upload the plugin via WP Admin > Plugins > Add New
4. After activating, go to the Plugins screen → find WPVivid → click “Check for updates”
   → Make sure the plugin is fully updated to avoid compatibility issues

  • If your hosting supports One-Click Login, just send us that
  • Otherwise, we’ll need wp-admin login credentials (username + password) for each site

• Your PBN LTD account email or username (so we know where to add the domains)
• Do you want us to update the nameservers for you?
  • If yes, please provide login access to your domain registrar
  • If no, we’ll notify you when the domains are ready — you can update the nameservers yourself, then let us know so we can finish the migration

Once the nameservers are pointing to us and DNS resolves, we’ll upload the site backups, restore them, and ensure everything is working.
